My mission is clear: to provide essential tools for fostering resilience, independence, well-being and happiness in children and youth and supporting them with tools and strategies to deal with anxiety, negative thoughts, and insecurity. For schools I offer comprehensive training for educators in positive education, resilience, and wellbeing theory and practices in the form of PD sessions or a full Positive Education Certification from The Center for Positive Education. For families I offer personalized 1:1 and small group coaching for kids and teens, as well as consulting for parents.
